• Can come up with campaign concepts, eg. video, email, online, offer or content led.
• Research and monitor competitors
• Great communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Tech-savvy and interested in new technology
• Experienced in being part of a team
• Happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
• Organized, proactive and able to work within tight deadlines
• Brief in campaign details to designers, developers, agencies and relevant departments
• Able and skilled in creating and managing campaigns via email, push notification, web push notification and online pop ups & banners/landing pages
• Manage and keep on top of all campaigns from start to finish which have been set out and agreed by the marketing manager
• Website and CMS support

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of Google Analytics and the basic monitoring and performance of campaigns by their relevant marketing channel
• Running of Social Media ad campaigns
• Marketing Automation (very basic level)
• Can work with databases and segment users for effective targeting purposes
• Can quickly understand our brands, our consumers and how we should communicate with them
• A/B Split testing
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Basic understanding of PPC
